Carvajales está muy bien situado en el barrio de Arganzuela, Madrid, a 17 min a pie de Museo Reina Sofía, a 2,7 km de Royal Palace of Madrid y a 2,8 km de Mercado de San Miguel. No celebrations or gatherings that could be considered parties are allowed. Any infraction will result in a penalty of 500 € and immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

General behavior:
It is required to maintain order in the common areas.
Neighbors rest must be respected and disturbing noises must be avoided.

Acceptance of conditions:
By confirming the reservation, the guest accepts these rules in full.
