-No parties, events, or excessive noise allowed.
-Failure to comply with the rules results in a fine of $66 or €60.
-Please note that after 8:00 PM, only urgent incidents will be attended to. Non-urgent interventions that require the presence or intervention of staff outside of these hours may incur an additional cost.
