Baby crib: €30 per reservation. Availability is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance, and it will be provided only if available.

Extra guest: Each additional guest not included in the original reservation will incur a charge of €10 per night.

Arrival outside check‑in hours
Our check‑in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (please contact us if you wish to check in earlier).

Outside these hours, a €30 cash fee applies. After 10:00 p.m., the fee increases to €50, and after midnight, to €80.

If the arrival day falls on a weekend or a local or national holiday, the fee will be €30 until 10:00 p.m., €50 after 10:00 p.m., and €80 after midnight.

If the arrival day is December 25th, December 26th, or January 1st, the charges will be €50 until 10:00 p.m. and €100 after 10:00 p.m.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax in Barcelona for 2026 will apply: €6.25 per person per night for guests over 16 years old, for up to 7 nights.

The tourist tax is €9.50 per adult per night.

House rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Evidence of smoking inside the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of €400. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony.

Parties or gatherings are strictly forbidden. If we receive a complaint andor if the police, security staff, or neighbors intervene, a €500 fine will be applied (in addition to any official fines).

The property is not responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery, or loss of personal belongings within the apartment. Guests are strongly advised to takenecessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including using safety deposit boxes (if available) and ensuring that doors and windows are properly closed and secured.

The security of personal belongings is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Damage deposit
A damage deposit of €300 is required. The property charges this amount a few days before arrival. It will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days after check‑out. The deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
